is located in Towson, MD, in Suite 101 of the Towson Corporate Center. Our office staff consists of individuals trained and experienced in Property Preservation, HUD Guidelines, Project Management, Licensing and Permitting and most importantly Customer Service.
Our self-developed website allows us to track maintenance and hazard claim repair work orders for our clients, and our communication system keeps us in constant touch with our subcontractors.
Before a subcontractor can start working for AMRES they are given an extensive training. Most of our subcontractors have been doing work for us for several years. Continuing education material is distributed as the industry changes and new regulations and guidelines need to be understood.
Mandatory subcontractor training meetings are held as necessary to keep the quality of work above that of our competition.
AMRES routinely inspects the work performed by its subcontractors to ensure HUD and Client guidelines are being followed. We appreciate our client’s business and most of all, their feedback. Any and all client concerns are immediately addressed and resolved.
American Real Estate Services, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Thomas Neimiller. Thomas launched the company as a one man operation serving the local community in the property protection and preservation business and he has worked diligently to grow the company into a national business that includes hazard restoration employing subcontractors and office staff.
